The Role
We are currently seeking a Stores / Production Operative to join the Production Team in the Highbridge area. This role has become available to support the team in managing inventory, assembling products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Candidates can expect a hands-on role in a busy production environment, with opportunities to develop practical skills and grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Organising and maintaining inventory within the warehouse
• Assembling products using hand and power tools
• Applying mechanical knowledge during product assembly
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

About You

• Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (external)
• Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
• Willingness to learn, with full training provided
