The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisor to work at our Berrow Primary Church Academy. Berrow Primary Church Academy is a small school with community at its heart – we focus on developing children and young people into well‑rounded individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee children at lunchtime and lead play activities.
- Listen to the children and encourage their play, while maintaining discipline on the playground.
- Promote student well‑being by encouraging the development of positive relationships, self‑reliance and self‑esteem.
- Help children practice good personal health and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- First Aid qualification desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working with children desirable but not essential.
