General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute General Manager to provide integrated leadership across our clients operational functions. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for aligning, empowering and holding accountable the department leaders to deliver safe, efficient, compliant and high-performing operations.

This is not a hands-on functional role, it is about orchestrating excellence through strong leadership, clarity and coordination.

What We’re Looking For

Proven executive-level operational leadership experience exclusively in a manufacturing environment
Strong track record of leading through managers of manufacturing/engineering departments
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Ability to balance delivery, quality, cost, and customer expectations
Commercial acumen and financial literacy
Exceptional stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills
Calm, structured decision-maker who brings clarity to complexity
