Pay: £85 - £110 per day
Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in education and SEN support? A welcoming school in Burnham is seeking a motivated graduate to join their team immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge of psychology in a practical setting, supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist with implementing behaviour strategies and personalised learning plans
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to support pupil development
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Passion for working with children and supporting their wellbeing
- Understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies (training provided)
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
