Pay and location
Our team rate of pay starts from £14.31 an hour; this increases to £15.52 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

It is policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.

The availability windows show the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility; if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for

  • Understanding what may be getting in the way of individuals delivering great service and removing these obstacles with them
  • Celebrating success within the team and being creative in the approach
  • Being readily available to resolve customer and colleague queries with a positive outcome
  • Ensuring the team are dressed for service and reflecting the brand
  • Providing constructive feedback to the Team Manager on individuals’ contribution to serving customers well
  • Role modelling great customer service and standards of dress
  • Ensuring colleagues have the tools to deliver their roles well
  • Developing own operational and behavioural skills

Operational coordination

  • Forward planning to ensure the right resource is available at the right time in the coming week
  • Keeping the Duty Manager informed to provide proactive support
  • Supporting managers to coordinate seasonal, community and charity events
  • Being knowledgeable of department KPIs and the actions required to achieve them
