Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week) for an Office Manager & Operations Administrator based on-site in Patiala. The primary responsibilities of this role include general office management, administrative support, ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, and providing customer service. Additional duties include handling office equipment, managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between teams to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with stakeholders and addressing inquiries
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage tasks, schedules, and documentation
- Experience in handling Office Equipment and ensuring operational functionality
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using relevant office software and tools
- Prior experience in a similar role or non-profit organization is desirable
