Class A Regional Truck Driver - CDL Greaduates

Overview

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional routes operating west of the Mississippi. Recent CDL graduates are welcome; candidates with limited experience will receive OTR training. Experienced drivers are encouraged to apply. The position offers structured training, predictable schedules, and a competitive compensation package.

• Operating lanes: all states west of the Mississippi River.
  • Freight: 100% no-touch dry van freight; primary operations include drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unloads.
  • Average weekly mileage: 1,800–2,000 miles.
  • Schedule:
    
    bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset; shifts may be scheduled during daytime or nighttime hours.
  • Orientation: 1 day in Lathrop, CA.

• Recent CDL graduates are eligible; candidates with limited OTR experience will receive structured training.
• Training pay: $680 per week for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under six months of experience.
• Post-training pay scales and safety incentives apply (details below).

• Target weekly pay range: $1,000–$1,100 (varies by experience and mileage).
• Post-training mileage pay: $0.43–$0.57 per mile on a sliding scale for entry-level drivers.
• Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile on sliding pay scale, based on verified years of CDL driving experience.
• Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile.
• Pay schedule: paid weekly.

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training.
• Clean driving record: no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years; no DUI convictions in the past five years.
• Candidates must not have been terminated from their most recent employment.
• Stable employment history: applicants should demonstrate a consistent 10-year work history without major unexplained gaps (time in school or training excluded). For drivers with prior employment, expect at least 6 months of work in the past year and at least 12 months of work within the past three years.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including urine and hair drug tests, and background checks. Certain criminal convictions or prior DOT drug/alcohol violations may disqualify candidacy.
