Hours:
23 - 30 per week
Pay: $25–$30/hour + commissions
Commission: $55+ per successful rollover from trial to membership. A coach working 12–18 hours a week typically earns an extra $200–$300 per month without extra hours.
Who we areI’m Munisha, owner of F45 New Westminster. Over the last year and a half we’ve rebuilt our onboarding so members feel guided, supported, and confident from day one. We bring in around 50 new people each month and our retention is above industry average. We don’t accept “slow months.” We pivot, we problem-solve, and we grow. As we scale, quality matters even more.
Our goal is a full studio before Summer 2026, with additional class times added as needed and a waitlist for memberships to protect the member experience. Leadership opportunities are coming, and every one of them will be promoted from within. Everyone starts as a Coach.
We’re hiring 1–2 Coaches who want to grow with us.
Who you are- Bubbly, extroverted, and socially aware. You help people feel comfortable fast and you build genuine connections.
- Technically strong and passionate about fitness. You understand body mechanics, can challenge advanced members, and you’re great at smart regressions for beginners and seniors.
- A strong work ethic. At our studio, we have tons of goals that we are hitting together and as a team - but I don’t like micromanaging. I need you to have independence, adapt quickly and want to constantly learn and improve. I cannot coach that into you.
- Certified Personal Trainer (Can Fit Pro , ACE, or equivalent).
- 1+ years of group fitness or personal training. HIIT/functional coaching is a bonus
- You bring a “one thing” members love you for. Maybe you’re the form whisperer. Maybe you’re the energy plug. Members light up when you walk in.
- You care deeply about movement and real results. From first box jumps to new PRs, you coach with precision and encouragement.
- Evenings and weekends available.
- Coachable, punctual, and consistent with processes and best practices.
