We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our Vancouver-based Operations Technology team. In this role, you’ll work closely with business partners to design and build systems that drive operational efficiency and create real impact for both the firm and its clients. If you’re curious, thoughtful, and enjoy solving meaningful problems — this could be a great fit.

• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack solutions end-to-end
• Partnering directly with business teams to deliver high-impact systems
• Solving complex technical and business challenges in a collaborative, global environment
• Contributing to design discussions, code reviews, and technical presentations
• Exploring new technologies and ideas (with dedicated personal development time)

• 2+ years of industry experience preferred (strong new grads with internships encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Object-oriented programming experience (.NET is an asset)
• Comfortable with and interested in AI
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

$100,000–$160,000 / CAD
