Roofing Foreman

Job Overview

Centi Mark Ltd. is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Foreman in Burnaby, BC. This role pays $33/hr - $43/hr based on experience.

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people with field applications, work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management, and be responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring Centi Mark Safety Policies are followed. Year‑round work is available; the majority of our workforce has been with us for over 5 years. Immediate interviews are available. We pride ourselves on offering lucrative employee referral bonuses.

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit.
• Metal Roof Repairs experience
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime – as needed
