OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of Operations Coordinator . The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all scheduling obligations in the Operations Center, as well as other administrative and operational duties. The successful candidate will have a consistently high level of integrity and the ability to work autonomously.
This position is the main and direct point of contact for security officers and supervisors on shift, proactively maintaining regular contact regardless of their assignment. The successful candidate will receive necessary training to develop and strengthen relevant skills related to and as required by the needs of the position.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as requiredAssigning tasks to Field Support SupervisorsMaintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officersResponding to emergency calls and giving directionProfessionally communicating with clients over the phone and/or via email as required, with respect scheduling needsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Valid BC Security LicenseHigh School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset1+ years of experience in the security industry1+ years of experience in a scheduling, dispatching, or supervisory role1+ years in an administrative and data entry role is an assetTechnical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Windows Operating system, and the ability to type at least 70 WPMABILITIES

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager . In addition, the position will receive direction from other Senior Fusion Security Management from time to time.
SHIFT STRUCTURE
Full time: 40 hours per weekShift Model: 12-hour graveyard (overnight) shifts, based on a 4 day on 3 day off scheduleAvailability: 7 days a week including weekendsLocation: Fusion's Head Office in BurnabyPERKS FUSION SECURITY OFFERS YOU:
