• Monitor analytics-based alerts, live video feeds, and camera health across multiple client sites
• Identify and assess security-related incidents in real time and follow intervention and escalation protocols
• Utilize the talkdown system to communicate remotely and de-escalate potentially threatening situations
• Log activities and document all security-related events accurately for management and clients
• Communicate with emergency responders or clients during critical events

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience as a Security Officer and/or in a monitoring dispatch environment
• Excellent situational awareness, judgment, and decision-making under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in an Operations Centre environment
• Familiarity with security monitoring platforms and technology

• Experience with Immix GF is considered an asset
