We're on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Sales/Product Specialist to join our client’s exceptional sales team. As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on our product range, adept at understanding customer requirements, conducting thorough market research, and showcasing our offerings with enthusiasm.

Successful candidates will thrive on staying updated with industry trends, be eager to share their knowledge, and possess a genuine passion for woodworking tools.

Responsibilities:

−In-depth knowledge of premium woodworking tools and machinery.

−Understanding of woodworking techniques and applications.

−Conducting engaging product demonstrations and promotions.

−Identifying and addressing customer needs effectively.

−Coordinating events and participating in relevant trade shows.

−Collaborating with the marketing team to promote their offerings.

−Analyzing market pricing and refining product selection accordingly.

Requirements:

−A keen eye for market trends and a passion for inspiring customers

−High school diploma or equivalent qualification

−Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous

−Ability to memorize product details and specifications

−Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

−Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

−Deadline-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks

Experience:
