The Key Holder is a full‑time essential team member whose responsibilities include customer service, sales support, store opening & closing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

• Provide a warm welcome to customers and help them find products.
• Explain product features, quality, and materials; suggest complementary items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and be available throughout the day.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided).
• Manage the sales floor in the absence of management.
• Arrange and display merchandise to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Ensure store and back‑store areas remain clean and organized.
• Stay informed about new products and share recommendations with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Adhere to policies and procedures across all departments.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

• Previous sales experience.
• Passion for clothing that celebrates feel‑good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Proactive, conscientious, and dependable.
• Willingness to work holidays and extended hours during busy periods.
• Motivation to pursue a career with continual challenges.
• Bilingual capability is an asset (functional English/Spanish/ French).

• Hourly Salary: $18.10 – $19.25 (Canadian dollars).
