A leading retail brand in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role includes supporting the recruitment process, coaching associates, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. Candidates should have 1-3 years of retail management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively delegate and communicate across the team.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling.
