Responsibilities- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
