• Wage: $35.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook full meals or specialty dishes
• Plan and develop menus or recipes
• Ensure food meets quality standards
• Requisition and order food and kitchen supplies
• Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• May be involved in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff

Job requirements:

• Experience:
  
  2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education:
  
  Completion of secondary school is required
