Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate staff activities

Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service

Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance

Determine and develop customer service standards, and implement operational procedures

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Resolve customer complaints and concerns

Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices

Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

Job Requirements:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

Education:

Completion of secondary school is required
