Jejudo Restaurant Manager

• Terms of employment:
  Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $32.00 ~ $37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours:
  
  30-40 hours/week

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily restaurant operations
• Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
• Establish and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
• Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

Job requirements:

• Experience:
  
  2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education:
  
  Completion of secondary school is required
