Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities across digital, content, and product-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, understands B2B marketing, can translate insights into high impact strategies and has a track record of increasing leads and impacting sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Strengthen digital presence through SEO/SEM, website optimization, and paid media campaigns.
- Enhance and manage lead generation and conversion funnels, ensuring strong lead flow and alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation, CRM workflows, and analytics dashboards.
- Provide guidance to the marketing team and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, research, and leadership.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven workflow within the department.
- Collaborate with analysts and researchers to create high-quality content: articles, industry insights, videos, and newsletters.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing collateral.
- Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
- Support product launches with targeted go-to-market strategies and related promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance, track key KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage webinars, conferences, and virtual events to promote research products and company expertise.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in market research or healthcare industries, with familiarity in subscription-based or SaaS business models is a preferred skill.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in market research, data analytics, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling messaging.
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Salary: CA $65,000 – CA $75,000 per year commensurate with experience
- Annual Profit Sharing: +$12,000 in performance-based bonus potential
