- Experience: Minimum 1‑year experience operating Industrial Sewing Machines (e.g., Juki).
- Communication: English proficiency is a plus in our multicultural environment.

Candidates start with a base pay of $20.25 per hour during their probationary period. After this period, their pay is assessed based on efficiency and the quality of their output.
Shift ScheduleFull‑time, Permanent Position (Monday - Friday). The company primarily operates on two shift schedules: 7:00 AM to 3:30 /4:00 PM (based on production line placement). The shifts run from Monday to Friday. The company aims to minimize overtime and does not offer weekend overtime opportunities.

Guaranteed HoursEmployees in these roles are assured a set number of hours. The company does not operate on a 24‑hour schedule.
Company ShuttleThe company provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the nearest Sky Train station, ensuring easy commuting for employees who do not drive.
