SENIOR MANAGER, REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES:
$127,112 - $149,543 (Annually)
Reporting to the Director Regional Development, the Senior Manager, Regional Development Services is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of complex and diverse social, affordable and mixed market housing, group home and specialized development projects through all project development phases (from initiation through to warranty inspection and occupancy) in the assigned region. He/she/they conducts preliminary evaluation of development project proposals prepared by Development Managers to be submitted to Executive Committee.
The position evaluates and approves final project designs, construction specifications, cost estimates and project schedules prepared by Development Managers. The Senior Manager provides advice for complex Non-Profit Society’s selection process for external consultants and monitors the negotiation of contracts and management of performance. The incumbent in the position manages the due diligence reviews to ensure risks are identified and BC Housing’s interests are protected.
