As Noverra continues to expand its portfolio and its geographical scope, it is deepening its investment in people. The organization is currently recruiting a Director of Leadership Development who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be given the mandate to further develop and execute a leadership development strategy that focuses on scaling leadership capacity across Noverra’s portfolio of companies.
By enhancing delegated decision-making and strengthening leadership depth, the Director will directly contribute to growth, integration success, and long-term enterprise value creation.
Operationally, The Director will translate strategic objectives into approachable, real-world learning experiences, helping leaders/managers at all levels become stronger leaders, better communicators, and more effective team builders. They will focus on applied coaching, daily leadership habits, and real-time problem solving rather than abstract theory and intense classroom-driven programs. Establishing authentic, trust-based relationships with leaders across the group of companies will be critical to success;
Credibility will come from spending time in each of the businesses, building relationships in-person, understanding operational realities and delivering early, tangible value.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, operationally oriented, tech savvy, relatable leadership development professional who thrives in hands-on, blue-collar/industrial environments. They are practical, authentic, big-picture thinkers who creates both in- person and digital programs that connect with Presidents, GMs, managers, and field leaders.
