THE ROLE
As the Director,Workforce Planning,you willlead the team to:
Design the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule
Optimizelabourspending and productivity
Gather, analyze, process, andoptimizescheduling inputs
Buildoptimized schedules
Publish optimizedschedules
Executeonlive week schedule changes
Work with theappropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THEQUALIFICATIONS
The Director,Workforce Planning,has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certificationsin:
Data Analysis,and/or working withlarge sets of data
Microsoft Office, including Excel
Schedulingor Workforce Planningsoftware
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Valuesand Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000- $250,000
CADperyear. The final agreed uponsalarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge,skillsand experience.
