** As the Manager, Risk, Distribution, you will lead the team to:
* Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
* Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management.
* Minimize the loss of merchandise.
* Protect our people, our clients, and our communities.
* Ensure the security of our physical assets.
* Preserve and safeguard confidential information.
** THE QUALIFICATIONS
** The Manager, Risk, Distribution, has:
* Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
* The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

The Mission of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is to Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centers (DCs). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout our locations.

** THE COMPENSATION
** The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000- $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
