About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Site Assessment and Remediation (SAR) team. The role will involve site assessment, investigations, and remediation projects across Canada and internationally. Ideally based in Whitehorse, Calgary, Victoria, or Burnaby, remote options are available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain key client relationships and support growth of the team and business.
- Direct and perform highly complex or specialized aspects of the work while collaborating with technical experts and overseeing projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts.
- Provide expert support and advice within and outside the organization.
- Mentor and develop staff.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Recognized as a technical leader in environmental investigations and remediation with a dedication and passion for your discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in contaminated sites as a Project Manager.
- Expert understanding of contaminated sites regulatory requirements.
- Experience with in land development, mining and/or transportation is an asset.
- Consulting acumen, including an entrepreneurial spirit, strong self‑direction, and devotion to client satisfaction.
- Strong people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and training staff.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually.
Expected Salary: Variation based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
