Sr. Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
As a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible to supervise the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance and stores functions within Building Automation. You will operate within the existing facilities control systems and process and provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives. You will manage the team to meet the customers’ needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality.
You will build up team capability and lead continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely completion and adherence to preventive maintenance plans
- Engage in the operation of facilities management
- Manage and maintain facility assets
- Participate in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) planning of site operations (resourcing, contractor scheduling etc.)
- Oversee maintenance services using CMMS platform.
- Identify minor repairs works to drive run rate
- Budget and financial management
- Third party contract management
- Supervision of the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, as well as renovation and expansion projects
- Lead and guide direct reports
- Recruit, retain, and develop high qualitytalent.
- Lead Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
- Support cost and inventory reduction targets
- Plan facilities repairs and upgrades
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,100 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management and/or building maintenance including supervision of trades resources
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency maintenance
WE VALUE
- Previous experience in P3 operations
- Understanding of legislative requirements (e.g. Canadian Standards Association, Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Electrical Safety Authority, Building Code, NFPA Code, Ministry of Labor, Accessibility Act)
- Some experience in education institutions
- Ability to motivate team members and drive results
- Ability to lead/drive change, and influence others
