Marketing Manager

Match Box Consulting Group is seeking a creative Marketing Manager to join our client, a nationally recognized real estate and development group in Burnaby known for building high-performing teams and delivering landmark industrial projects across Western Canada. Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the annual Industrial Marketing & Communications Strategy using an OGST framework.
• Build annual and quarterly budgets that align with strategic goals and expected ROI.
• Manage national and regional marketing campaigns, press releases, and media opportunities.
• Oversee social media channels in partnership with an external consultant.

• Lead project naming, branding, collateral creation, and campaign rollout.

• Ensure all messaging and creative align with corporate brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand brand presence and grow new audiences.

• Act as a leadership presence within the marketing team; model collaboration and high performance.
• Mentor junior team members and support a growth-focused culture.
• Participate in annual audits of strategy, messaging, and marketing initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; development experience is an asset.
• Strong creative instincts and a passion for design and brand building.
• Strong grasp of product positioning and market strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and creative partners.
