JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Leadership and Vision

Develop original, impactful concepts for both print and digital mediums, including cutting‑edge social media campaigns and motion graphics. - Operational Efficiency and Budget Management

Prioritize projects, allocate resources strategically, and manage budgets to optimize creative output and meet deadlines. - Strategic Collaboration

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles, including people leadership at the manager or senior manager level.
- Proven expertise in packaging design, digital content creation, and motion graphics within consumer‑facing or CPG environments.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel creative strategies and large-scale brand initiatives that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong artistic vision and ability to set, evolve, and enforce creative standards at an organizational level.
- Deep understanding of packaging trends, consumer behaviour, and retail and shelf‑impact dynamics.
- Advanced project prioritization and organizational skills, with comfort navigating competing business demands.
- Strong understanding of design tools and platforms, with the ability to direct rather than execute where appropriate.
- Ability to interpret data and insights to guide strategic creative decision‑making.
- Proven ability to influence, align, and partner across functions and with senior stakeholders.
