Commercial Lines Account Manager – Future Opportunities – Surrey, Langley, Richmond & Abbotsford

Reporting to the Office of Senior Talent Acquisition & B2B Sales Expert, this role offers a competitive salary with potential to grow.

Base pay: CA $80,000.00/yr – CA$/yr

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, taking full ownership of relationships.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy updates with the support of an administrative team.
• Identify new business opportunities and help drive company growth.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

• Level 2 BC Insurance License (CAIB 2 or equivalent).
• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong professional integrity.
• Competitive base salary starting at $80K+, with potential to earn up to $120K.
