HR Systems Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Turn problems into smart solutions, streamline workflows, and make complex systems feel simple.
• Own & optimize Workday HCM modules
• Build dashboards, reports & analytics that drive decisions
• Manage security frameworks & governance
• Lead releases, testing & continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll & leadership
• Transform data into strategy and employee experience

• 3+ years Workday configuration experience
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large datasets)
• Strong understanding of HCM modules & lifecycle management
• Ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical teams
• Product mindset + passion for continuous improvement
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive
• Bonus: implementation experience, certifications, AI tool fluency
