• Input new orders into internal systems for processing
• Coordinate product sourcing and fulfillment on approved purchases
• Facilitate and track credit requests submitted to the internal credit group
• Act as a primary resource and contact point for clients regarding their orders
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• 3-5 years of account administration experience in medium to large-sized businesses, preferably in retail or business-to-business environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and other applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently

• Experience in a sales support role within a technology-focused environment
• Familiarity with order management systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and practices
