As a
** marketplace operations analyst**, you will support the operational and analytical foundation of our marketplace business, partnering closely with account managers and category managers to drive reporting accuracy, promotional execution, and process  this role,
** the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area**, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

** What you’ll do as an analyst:
*** Create, maintain, and update a variety of reports to support the business team.
* Streamline and improve processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
* Support commercial initiatives such as collecting and organizing sellers’ offers information, submitting and managing weekly offers, coordinating communication to sellers.
* Analyze performance data and emerging market trends to deliver clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
* Input, maintain, and manage data accurately across internal systems.
* Handle last-minute or ad-hoc requests

* What we’re looking for:

*** 1+ year of experience in an analytical or data management role
* Experience in retail, e-commerce sales, or a related commercial environment
* Advanced experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail to meet deadlines, manage multiple requests, and ensure data accuracy and validation
* Experience working with a large cross-functional team, including senior leaders.
