IT Support Specialist

• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices to support growth and stability
• Provide technical support or training for systems, networks and users, including ERP support
• Monitor system and network performance, coordinating with landlords as needed
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
• Ensure systems maintenance and backups are scheduled and running properly
• Installing, upgrading, and managing software and hardware on company devices
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules in accordance with budget
• Manage the inventory of all company electronic assets and peripherals
• Ensuring that company devices interconnect with cloud services, email and financials systems seamlessly
• Evaluating and recommending software purchases

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and Share Point
• Strong Excel skills (configuring DMT imports efficiently is not easy)
• Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
• C# development experience
• Querying language experience (preferably MySQL)
• Experience as IT coordinator or similar role (0-2 years)
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are solution-oriented, adaptable, and willing to take responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• You are a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Experience working within an ERP platform (Epicor preferred)
• Power BI
• Experience setting up and maintaining complex Power Automate Flows
• Windows Power Shell scripting experience is an asset

• Experience as IT coordinator or similar role (0-2 years)
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred

• Total Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000

• Onsite at our head office location at 5085 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, V5J 0J2
• Occasionally, may be required to visit our other facility at 1575 Vernon Drive, Vancouver, BC V6A 3P8
