Vitacore is looking for a Brand Designer & Strategist with 4-6 years of experience who wants more ownership, autonomy, and influence within a growing company. This is not a role for someone who simply makes things look good. We are looking for someone who understands business objectives and translates them into effective brand execution. Someone who asks, what problem are we solving?

Who are we targeting? What outcome are we trying to drive? How will we measure success?

Agency experience is a strong asset, particularly exposure to multiple industries and campaign environments. We value candidates who have developed commercial awareness and strategic thinking alongside their creative skillset. This role is ideal for someone who has spent several years building experience and is ready to step into a position with greater autonomy and long-term growth potential.

Job Requirements
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in brand, design, or marketing roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
  • Figma proficiency or strong willingness to work in Figma.
  • Experience managing or supporting ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Word Press, or similar).
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, conversion optimisation, campaign thinking).
  • Strong typography, layout, and packaging production knowledge.
  • Experience in regulated industries is an asset.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site regularly as part of a collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities
  • Translate business objectives into clear brand and campaign execution.
  • Lead creative direction for product launches (packaging, landing pages, sell sheets, campaign visuals).
  • Strengthen and maintain brand systems, templates, and visual consistency.
  • Oversee website and ecommerce updates (Shopify/Word Press experience preferred).
  • Contribute to Amazon Seller Central optimisation (A+ content, listing visuals, conversion-focused design).
  • Support social media strategy with performance-driven creative.
  • Develop sales collateral aligned with specific market objectives.
  • Ensure packaging and product claims align with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain a structured digital asset library.
  • Track basic performance metrics to inform creative iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Leadership.
