The successful candidate needs to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. The role requires flexibility to work beyond standard business hours in order to support sellers operating in time zones across Asia.

* ** digital marketing specialist****:
*** Onboard Marketplace sellers into Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands
* Manage, optimize, and pace Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands campaigns
* Act as the primary point of contact for Marketplace sellers
* Analyze performance across CPC, CTR, ROAS, revenue, SOV, and visibility
* Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
* Educate sellers through presentations, reviews, and one-on-one support
* Identify opportunities to grow Marketplace advertising revenue

* What we’re looking for:

*** Fluent in Mandarin
* 2+ years of digital marketing or retail media experience
* Ad operations experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads or Criteo
* Strong background in paid search or performance marketing such as SEM
* Ability to work flexible hours to support sellers based in China
