We’re looking for two Power BI Developers to join our clients Analytics Team, transforming complex data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll play a key part in modernizing our reporting infrastructure by migrating legacy reports from WebFOCUS and Oracle BI Publisher to Power BI Report Builder. • Design and develop Power BI Report Builder reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability.
• Analyze functional requirements from IT Business Systems Analysts and collaborate with Business Support teams to deliver effective reporting solutions.
• Lead all phases of the report development life cycle, including design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post‑deployment enhancements.
• Ensure reports meet business needs by applying best practices in data visualization, UX/UI, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Power BI reporting standards and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and ensure consistent data quality across reporting platforms.

• Degree or certificate in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI Report Builder and developing Power BI Dashboards.
• Strong skills in report and dashboard design, UX/UI, and data analysis.
• Experience with migrating legacy reports (ideally WebFOCUS or Oracle BI Publisher).
• Background in public or non‑profit sector would be an asset!

Pay: $60-75 per hour based on 35 hours per week.

6 month contract – hybrid in Burnaby, BC.
