Support, monitor, and troubleshoot issues that occur with Single Sign-on technology and supporting infrastructure.
Maintain the IDAM and Data Access Strategy and Architecture
Support Identity Provider stack based on Keycloak.
Develop minor enhancements to account for source system, API, and/or data changes that affect existing interactions with SSO.
Create and maintain project artifacts (such as user flow diagrams, process models, conceptual architecture diagrams, etc.) in support of the Strategy
Attend and participate in product sprint meetings.
Develop and test product contributions during sprints that can be tested with citizens, customers and other intended users.
Assist with primary user research.
Collaborate with members of the Digital Health Innovation team and other organizational programs/ departments to maintain roadmap to support execution of the Strategy.
Ongoing engagement with members of the Innovation team and other organizational programs/departments to maintain the strategy and provide insight into impacts that may arise from changes in the digital health landscape.
Participate in incremental testing required for minor enhancements as required by the project team’s testing plan.
What you must have:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead a diverse stakeholder group through complex discussion, build consensus, negotiate and document solutions and strategies; up to and including to a senior executive level audience
Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment
Experience delivering projects that align with relevant policies or legislation related sensitive health information, such as the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the BC eHealth Act, the Federal Privacy Act, etc.
Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience in the deployment and implementation of Identity and Access Management principles, best practices, standards, protocols and technologies, as well as advanced authorization use cases such as consent management and delegation; including but not limited to implementing with the following technologies:
OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP
User
- Managed Access (UMA) 2.0
Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience in the deployment and implementation of health-specific integration technologies, including but not limited to:
Fast Health Interoperability Resources (FHIR), Smart on FHIR, Health Level Seven (HL7) version 2 and 3
