Role Description

We’re looking for a hands‑on, tech‑savvy HR Specialist to join our team at our head office in Sainte‑Sophie, Québec. This role combines day‑to‑day HR operations with the improvement of HR systems and processes. You’ll be a trusted business partner for managers and employees, helping build and scale our HR function as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers on all HR matters, including onboarding, performance management, benefits, and policy interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the HRIS system.
  • Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to HR projects that drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (including generalist responsibilities and HRIS management).
  • Experience implementing or optimizing HR systems (Workday, ADP, Bamboo

    HR, Dayforce, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and HR data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

  • Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience)
