Job Description # WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline
* Minimum
** ten (10) years
** of recent experience in complex HCM/ERP environments
* At least
** seven (7) years
** in a senior functional leadership role
* Equivalent combinations of education and progressive experience will be considered
* End-to-end Workday functional architecture across Core HCM and talent lifecycle domains
* Enterprise job architecture design, including job families, job profiles, compensation alignment, and governance models
* Recruiting, onboarding, performance, talent, and learning process design within Workday
* Functional security design aligned with role-based access and governance principles
* Business process framework configuration, including condition rules and approval flows
* Cross-functional impact assessment across HCM, payroll, finance, and reporting domains
* Organizational change impacts arising from functional configuration decisions
* Risk identification and mitigation related to functional design, policy alignment, and downstream operational impacts
