We are seeking a proactive and people‑focused Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship‑building skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. This role is full time hours, in office Monday to Friday.

Your new role

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

What you'll need to succeed

3 years recruitment experience

Effectivemunication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
