The OpportunityWe are looking to add an experienced Technical Recruiter to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong candidate relationships, running full‑cycle recruitment, and working closely with Account Managers on meaningful, well‑scoped searches. You will work on a mix of permanent and contract technology roles across a variety of domains, with the support of an established client base and a collaborative internal team.
WhatYou Will Do
- Run full‑cycle technical recruitment including intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offers
- Partner closely with Account Managers to calibrate requirements and deliver quality shortlists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology professionals
- Proactively source candidates using Linked In, referrals, networks, and market research
- Manage candidate pipelines and activity in the ATS or CRM
- Provide honest, consultative guidance to candidates throughout the process
- Represent Benchmark professionally in the market
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience, agency or in‑house
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Infrastructure, Security, Data, or similar
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities effectively
- Clear, professional communication and strong relationship‑building skills
- Agency recruitment background
- Experience recruiting into enterprise environments
- Familiarity with contract recruitment
- You consistently deliver strong, relevant shortlists
- Candidates trust you and stay engaged throughout the process
- Account Managers enjoy working with you because you communicate well and manage expectations
- You build a long‑term candidate network, not just transactional placements
