The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing leadership and training to personnel, and managing operational workflow. Ideal candidates will have a 4-year degree in Microbiology/Chemistry and at least 3 years of experience in laboratory operations.

Competitive salary ranging from CAD 62,000 to CAD 80,000 per year is offered.
