The Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing pricing execution and maintaining accurate pricing agreements across multiple branches. This role ensures consistency, compliance, and timely updates to pricing within the ERP system while supporting branch managers with data-backed feedback to improve profitability. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, update, and maintain pricing agreements in P21 for all branches in the Pacific Region.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and branch-specific strategies.
  • Partner with branch managers to implement pricing updates that align with their vision and financial goals.
  • Monitor pricing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute pricing reports and summaries for branch and regional leadership.
  • Support cost protection strategies and maintain documentation of pricing processes.
  • Provide data-backed feedback to branch managers to guide decision‑making and margin improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    1 year required, 2+ years preferred in pricing administration, finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Prophet 21 (P21) and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and pricing maintenance.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple branches and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous experience handling confidential and sensitive data.
