What You’ll Be DoingAs a Financial Services Representative Universal Banker
, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Centre, proactively engaging clients and leveraging CIBC’s mobile and online banking to recommend products that support their financial success. You’ll need to be flexible with banking‑centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and may work across multiple centres within reasonable travel distance. You’ll be on‑site full‑time.
- Client engagement – meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan.
- Relationship building – engage in marketing and outreach activities, grow your network, and work as one team to connect clients with the right people and opportunities.
- Leveraging technology – introduce clients to our mobile banking applications and help them manage their needs.
- You put our clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
- You’re goal‑oriented and motivated by achieving results.

- You have at least 1 year of client‑facing experience and sales results; prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
- You hold a current accreditation (Mutual Funds License via Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada).
