Day Camp Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Camp Leader to join our team (4 positions available). The Camp Leader will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children during camp activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to connect with children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education or experience working with children in a tutoring or educational setting.

Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Supervise campers during all activities to ensure safety and engagement.
• Educate campers on various topics through interactive lessons and hands-on experiences.
• Foster a positive camp culture by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among campers.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized camp environment, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall camp experience.
