Who we needReporting to the Senior Manager, Student Services, we have a newly created opportunity for a Student Mental Health Coordinator on our Student Wellness team. As the first point of contact for on‑site and online students experiencing varied challenges, you will provide holistic, student‑centred support through triage, de‑escalation, and case coordination. You will assess needs, and facilitate warm referrals to internal or external services, collaborating to connect students with the right services at the right time.
This job posting is for existing vacancy thatis a full‑time, campus‑based role working Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm at our New Westminster site.

You will identify emerging trends and bring forward insights to improve services and promote a healthy and inclusive campus culture.

You will build experience in a non‑clinical case management model, working at the intersection of wellness, accessibility, academic advising, and student affairs. You will stay current on student support practices, including trauma‑informed approaches, risk identification, and care referral protocols.
