The Marketing Manager for BuildingPoint Canada will own and execute end‑to‑end marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. This is a hands‑on role combining strategy and execution across digital marketing, content, CRM automation, and events, working closely with sales and business leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management: Own website strategy, content, landing pages, UX, and conversion optimization
- SEO: Lead on‑page, technical, and content SEO to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic
- Hub Spot: Manage CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategy (web, email, case studies, blogs, sales enablement)
- Lead Generation: Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads
- Trade Shows & Events: Manage trade shows and industry events, including promotion, execution, and lead follow‑up
- Reporting & Optimization: Track performance, ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (construction, engineering, or technology preferred)
- Strong experience with websites, SEO, Hub Spot, content, and demand generation
- Data‑driven, organized, and comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Willing to work Pacific time hours
