4D Construction Visualization Specialist

Are you ready to build something amazing together? We're looking for a 4D Construction Visualization Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist in our Digital Construction team, you'll tackle real-world site logistic challenges in the construction industry. You will work extensively within cm Builder to create site logistics plans, 3D models, site progress visuals and 4D construction simulations, to support our clients with their cm Builder needs, and work with cross-functional teams of BIM specialists and software developers.

• 🔍 Conduct initial requirement meetings:
  Meet with the customers to identify needs and requirements, and extract critical information for the deliverables
• 🏗️ Build 3D Models for Visualization:
  Create 3D & 4D models in cm Builder of required discipline such as structure, façade, landscape, etc., and temporary works (cranes, hoists, fencing, etc.) for sequencing and visualization
• 🤝 Collaborate in check-in Meetings:
  Participate and support in check-in meetings with customers and construction personnel to update progress and discuss areas requiring attention
• 🛠️ Maintain & Revise the 3D Models and 4D Simulations:
  Manage updates to the 3D model and simulation throughout all phases of design and construction, ensuring accuracy and version control
• 🎥 Capture Output Visuals:
  Capture snapshots and recordings of the 4D construction simulations to aid customer communication of site logistics, schedule and construction processes
• 🚀 Optimize Processes:
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, model accuracy, and project outcomes
• 📑 Generate internal resources:
  Create resources for the cm Builder product development and sales/marketing teams, such as 3D models, construction simulations and visuals from cm Builder

• Ability to learn and execute new software quickly
• Experience in Architectural Visualization 3D modeling/BIM software such as REVIT, Blender, Rhino, Sketchup, etc.
• Experience with 4D tools such as Synchro or Navisworks Manage is a plus
• Experience in construction and construction planning, site logistics & sequencing is a strong plus
• Experience building large scale construction visualizations in other software is a plus
• A passion for increasing technology in the construction industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills to take ownership of client communications
• Highly organized with an excellent ability to prioritize and keep all stakeholders informed on the status of all tasks
• Detail-oriented and thorough in execution
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Salary, Term & Working Location

$65,000 - $90,000 CAD yearly salary range (commensurate with relevant experience). Competitive benefits.
