Location: New Westminster
Gibraltar Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial tenant improvement projects across the Lower Mainland.
This role is ideal for a PM who wants end-to-end ownership- from estimating and pre-construction through delivery and close-out- with performance rewarded through a profit-based commission structure.
What you’ll do
Manage multiple commercial TI projects
Estimate and price work
Coordinate site teams, trades, and consultants
Manage budgets, changes, and client relationships
What we’re looking for
10+ years commercial PM experience (TI preferred)
Strong construction and sequencing knowledge
Comfortable estimating and managing work start to finish
Compensation
Base: $70k–$90k
Commission: $20k–$60k+ (based on project profit)
